Curriculum covers nutrition, safety, sleep, goal setting, teamwork, self-control, self-confidence, mutual respect, and how to encourage your teammates who are having difficulty with learning. Dancers learn through positive reinforcement to gain healthy attention for hard work, effort, and energy. Negative behavior is never ignored, but dancers learn that positive attention is more fun. Instructors praise and call attention to good behaviors.
