The Super Wonderful Advanced Team (SWAT) is comprised of a handful of highly motivated children from each of our participating schools who show a high level of motivation, an aptitude for kinetic learning, and who respond exceptionally well to our instruction. These 50-60 dancers from our In-School Program are invited to attend an extracurricular scholarship program to expand their exposure to the Arts and their experience dancing with Kids Excel. |

The SWAT team meets after-school once a week for 25 weeks at KEEP headquarters. Children learn special parts for their In-School shows and more difficult choreography, and they have various performance opportunities in the community throughout the year. Children who are invited to participate in the SWAT team have the opportunity to extend their KEEP dance experience for another year, even after they leave the fourth grade. |
