Jessica graduated in 2007 with a double major in Business Administration in Accounting and Fine Arts in Dance Performance. Since 2000, she has been teaching and choreographing dance in different institutions such as Club Jazz dance studio, Instituto Mexico High School and Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez, as well as performing and choreographing for events and competitions. She has had the privilege to work with some of El Paso's most respected dance teachers such as Lisa Smith, Myron Nadel, Andree Harper and Ingeborg Heuser. She joined the McKenzie Rosales Dance Company for the 2009-2010 season. She currently teaches ballet at the Dance Factory. “I believe art is a universal language: it feeds the mind and opens the soul.” Jessica joined Kids Excel's team as an Apprentice and part-time bookkeeper in 2009. |
