KEEP is committed to providing quality arts education to low-income children in public schools in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods in the El Paso Independent School District. Currently, the children at these schools are 95% Minority, 91% Economically Disadvantaged, 79% At Risk, and 67% Limited English Proficient. With limited budgets for arts education, these low-income schools appreciate that KEEP outreach classes are free of charge to schools, children, and their families. |
