Jane Snow

Jane was born and raised in El Paso and received her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. Jane practiced real estate law with Kemp Smith, LLP and served as corporate counsel for Pizza Properties, Ltd. for eight years. She served as a Board member for the YWCA Paso del Norte Region for the past seven years and is currently the President of their Board of Directors. She is past Board President and a current Board Member for the El Paso Center for Children. She has served on the Boards of the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation and the El Paso County Child Welfare Board. Jane is married to Bob Snow, and they have three lovely daughters. She brings her concern for and love of children, as well as her considerable board experience and expertise to Kids Excel El Paso.
