  Staff          
Jack grew up in El Paso and received his B.A. Degree with honors from The University of Texas at El Paso. He attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He served as Captain in the U.S. Army Adjutant General Corps. Mr. Chapman is currently a Managing Partner at Kemp Smith LLP. His professional associations include the American, Texas, and El Paso Bar Associations. He currently serves as Founding Co-Chair for El Paso Regional Economic Development Foundation, Vice Chair of the Paso Del Norte Health Foundation, Co-Chair of the Trans Pecos Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization, Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors of United Way of El Paso, and member of the Boards of Directors for The Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest.  He is a member of the Community Advisory Board for Well Fargo Bank (El Paso), and member of the Civic Committee for The El Paso Del Norte Group. He is a Founding Member of Kids Excel El Paso.
