Ruben E. Guerra is President & CEO of The Ruben E. Guerra Company LLC (Guerra Investment Advisors), a Registered Investment Advisory firm, which he founded in 1995. The firm provides investment services to foundations, endowments, corporate clientele and high net worth investors. He began his investment career with E. F. Hutton and later managed a branch office for Paine Webber. Mr. Guerra most recently served as the Chairman of the Board of the El Paso Water Utility Public Service Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Guerra also served as Chairman of the Board of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Chairman of the Board of The Sunturians and Chairman of the Board of the Friends of the El Paso Museum of Art. In 1997 Ruben E. Guerra was appointed by Texas Governor George W. Bush to the El Paso Quadricentennial Commission. |
